Suvivienda Internacional is a company with offices in Miami, New York, New Jersey, Atlanta and Orlando, who offers real estate projects and housing loans for Colombians in the United States who want to invest in Colombia.
Our challenge was to acquire leads for the commercial team at a lower cost in order to optimize the brand’s budget.
We created different audiences in order to include them in a funnel where we first showcased the brand, the opportunities and the projects, generating a real interest within the user, in order to acquire those leads through their website or directly on their social networks.
We constantly measured the performance of the formats, the ad designs, how the projects were presented and the cost per lead, continuously optimizing the campaigns.
